What goes on a sitter sheet
Most handoffs happen in a text thread: pickup time in Tuesday's messages, the inhaler in a voice memo, the backup number in your head. A sheet puts it in one place, in the order the afternoon happens.
- The afternoon, by the clockPickups, medicine, dinner, bath. Sitters work down the list, so put it in time order.
- Each child's allergies and medicinesWhich child, what it's for, and where it's kept.

- House rulesScreens, snacks, bedtime, and who can come over.
- Who to call, in orderYou, a backup who lives close, then the pediatrician.

Questions parents ask
What should a babysitter information sheet include?
The afternoon in time order, each child's allergies and medicines and where they're kept, house rules, who can pick up, who to call and in what order, and your address for a 911 call. You can fit all of it in the form above.
Is it free? Do I need an account?
It's free, and there's no account to make. Fill it in, send the link, and print the fridge copy if you want one.
Where does what I type go?
It stays in your browser on this device until you send the link. The link carries the sheet itself, so Fambul never receives it. Anyone with the link can read the sheet, so leave out door and alarm codes.
Does it work for grandparents, au pairs and neighbors?
Yes. It works for anyone covering part of the day. Some grandparents would rather have paper, so print the fridge copy too.
Can I reuse it next week?
Yes. Your last sheet stays saved on this device. Change the day and the tasks, then send a new link.
What does Fambul add?
Fambul keeps every handoff with your family's week. The caregiver gets the tasks for their hours and can accept or ask a question first. You see each task as it's done, and their access ends when their hours do. The whole Fambul platform is free for every family, always.
